WHERE OLD GHOSTS MEET

Painting a bit outside my "comfort zone" once again, I created this painting from the lyrics of an Irish
song, "Raglan Road".  This a 16" x 20" oil on Raymar Canvas Panel, titled, "Where Old Ghosts Meet".

It received a 2nd place in our PFAA art club's fall show.   SOLD

The lyrics go something like this:

On a quiet street, where old ghosts meet,
I see her walking now,
Away from me so hurriedly,
My reason must allow

That I have loved not, as I should,
A creature made of clay.
When the angel woos the clay, he'll lose
His wings at the dawn of the day.

  1. I read your comment concerning copyright in your latest post at wetcanvas.com. You're not a bad artist but you are a bad person.

  2. Hahahaha.....Hey, thanks! You made my day. If I weren't disliked by somebody each day, I'd feel as if I hadn't done my job. Anyone who signs their name with "Anonymous" deserves to be ignored !
